Here's a Pain Home Remedy Tea
Ingredients
  • 4 cups. Spring water
  • 1 piece ginger small, peeled
  • 2 tablespoons key lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • Sweeten to taste- Agave Syrup
DIRECTIONS:
  1. Grate the ginger root into the water.
  2. Bring the water to a boil and then simmer for 10 to 15 minutes.
  3. Add the cayenne pepper and simmer for another 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Remove the tea from the heat and add lemon juice. Stir!!!!! Get healed

Can't make it to the Usha Village? Want to detox your body the healthy way? Do you need to break up mucous in your body on an intra-cellular level?

MEALS
"The patient does not need to eat in the evening" - Dr. Sebi, as said live at the Usha Village, 2016.
1. Breakfast and one afternoon meal only. Breakfast is always fruit only.
2. For your main afternoon meal, any cooked dish where the portion is about twice the size of your fist, together with freshly prepared salads. If you are very hungry after this main meal, nibble on fruit. It's better to do without fruit, and drink Irish Moss (seamoss) instead.
NATURAL SPRING WATER
Advice is to sip on 4-5 cups of natural hot thermal spring water everyday. In the absence of this, drink 4 litres (or 1 gallon) of bottled spring water daily.
HERBS
Take your Dr. Sebi herbal compounds one hour before any medication. Additionally, three times a day with meals, drink an infusion of herbal drinks (depending on what you want to achieve).
The 3 basic daily herbal drinks at Usha (at meal times and before bedtime):
1. Quassia tea (Amargo),
2. Maya tea (can substitute with sarsaparilla or similar iron-packed tonic like Iron Plus), and
3. Holy Thistle tea (same as Blessed Thistle or Cardo Santo. Not Milk Thistle). These are simple teas with zero sweeteners, etc.
Add other herbs like bladderwrack etc, or compounds as advised by your Herbalist or the LA office.
SAUNA
Aim at 15 minutes minimum daily in a sauna infused with fresh eucalyptus leafs. No sauna? Run a hot bath daily and include a few drops of eucalyptus essential oil. Soak for 30 minutes. Be sure to wash off with cold water to close your pores.
HOT SPRINGS
Find a natural geothermal spring near you and plan regular visits.
MEDITATION
Nothing can compare to being in a tranquil tropical rain forest retreat, but if you can't, do find or make time to retreat somewhere in your home for quiet time. You may even benefit from a massage to help you relax, or just sit still outside where possible and listen to the birds. Why not frequent a local park nearby or go for a walk in the woods? Do whatever works for you to aid relaxation and mental rest.
