Dr. Sebi Approved Avocado Water Recipe

What a wonderful way to be healthy naturally.  I saw this recipe on one of the recipe blogs and they used 3 tablespoons of sugar.  Blah - Blah.  

I immediately wrote #FAIL not healthy at all.  But then I said why not remove the sugar and add in organic agave?  Sure enough a wonderful recipe was created.  

I have given you 2 versions.  One with plain water and one with coconut water.  The original recipe used plain salt and here I have upgraded to himalayan salt.

How I make my salt is by adding in 40% black cumin powder to 60% Himalayan Salt.  The best Himalayan Salt is from is from So Well.  I sent this salt to my mom and she just LOVED ME.

Avocado water Recipe
Ingredients:


  • 1 avocado - peeled and without pit
  • 5 tsp. of lime juice
  • 1 dash of Himalayan salt
  • 2 cups of water
  • 1/2 cup of ice
  • 1 tablespoon of the real Agave

Directions;

Place all in a blender and blend on high.  Enjoy.

Avocado Water with Coconut Water

Use the recipe above except add in 2 cups of coconut water instead of the plain water.  

Avocado and Banana Smoothie

You could make a fabulous smoothie by adding in 2 cups of hemp seed milk instead of the water.  Make sure to use a frozen banana and you can eliminate the ice.

To make the milk just add in two tablespoons of my suggested hemp seeds, blend on high and then add in the rest of the recipe ingredients.
