Chickpea Soup - Dr. Sebi Fasting Recipe

This is very easy to do and is a good soup for the program.  On a fast you can have anything liquid, ie soups, smoothies, herbal teas, juices, spring water (preferably).  And so I looked for a chickpea soup I could cook for protein and guess what?  There were none.  And so I created this soup that would fit into the program and be filling.

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups of chickpeas
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • Water
  • Seasoning of your choice
Directions:

Put everything in a pot and cook on medium heat until the veggies are aldente.  Once the soup and veggies are ready take a multi-quick hand blender and blend well.   It is easiest that way and enjoy. This will make enough soup for several days.

  1. Hi! I just recently found your blog and website...and instantly fell in love with your compassion and realness. It just moved me!! So I started reading as much as I could of your posts/articles and had a quick question (if I may) for you; What is the best approach for overall health? What I mean is, do I need to do a liquid fast where I only consume water/juices/bromide/greenplus or is there an alternative to get equal results? I come from a long history of being obese and an alcoholic, but God showed me mercy, grace, and helped me remember what my life was about- my wife and daughters. So I went vegan last October, found Dr. Sebi in January, and have been alkaline-based ever since. When I came across your websites, I knew I could do more. I ordered stuff to make all of my own homemade products am currently taking Bromide and on my 3rd day of a water/tea fast. My main objective is to get rid of this fat-diseased body, and get rid of the eczema that seemed to get 'worse' after going alkaline based. Anyway! You may not ever check this site but I felt I would run this past you :) Maybe a 1hr consultation is in our future. GOD BLESS AND ALL THE BEST!
