HOW TO FOLLOW THE PLAN

Dr. Sebi’s nutritional guide includes a number of suggestions to follow:

  • Only eat foods listed in the guide.
  • Drink 1 gallon of natural spring water daily.
  • Avoid animal products, hybrid foods, and alcohol.
  • Avoid using a microwave
  • Avoid canned and seedless fruits.
  • Avoid detrimentral foods
  • Fasting a must.

The Dr. Sebi diet involves eating:

  • nuts and seeds, including hemp and raw sesame seeds, tahini butter, and walnuts
  • herbal teas, including chamomile, fennel, and ginger varieties
  • natural sweeteners, including agave syrup and date sugar
  • spices, including cayenne and powdered seaweed

Dr. Sebi had almond trees; they grew almond nuts on Usha Village and ate them. A lot of foods from US agriculture soil picks up more cyanide than less aggressively used native soil.

INGREDIENTS:
1. 20 Dates
2. 1 Cup 1/2 Almond milk
3. 4 Strawberries
APPLICATION:
A) Cuisinart - Icecream Maker
B) 30 minutes
The strawberries add a zesty taste, but you wouldn't know strawberries were in the Icecream unless you were told. Blended the almond milk, dates and strawberries into a thick sauce and poured it into the icecream maker.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION There are two types of Almonds; the bitter almond and the sweet almond. If you're not using almond milk and you're eating or using the almond nut to make milk; you'll want to soak (10 minimum/24 hour max) and blanch (peel off the skin) the almonds. Soaking the almonds help release the cyanide. Removing the skin of the almonds releases cyanide and helps you absorb more nutrients. It is required by the FDA that nuts are free of prussic acid (cyanide). Although you can find bitter almonds in the wild and order them on Amazon, it is not easy for people to get their hands on bitter almond. Industries that harvest almonds are supposed to be using the sweet almonds. Bitter almonds are reported to have 42 times more cyanide than sweet almonds.
