But for me, I prefer to make it myself in my home. Such an adventerous person I am. So I started researching to see what the ingredients were and how I could do this in my home and I found it was quite simple. All I needed to do was find the ingredients. Walah I did and here are the ingredients.

So I set out to find the best prices and here is what I found. First there are multiple Nopal powders on Amazon if you live in the US or Canada. I could find none that would ship to Jordan. So I went to Iherb and found they had no powders, but had capsules. So I decided to buy capsules and add the powder from the caps. I also purchased the linden leaf and stinging nettles and some Nutiva Hemp Protein to make my Hemp Banana shake for my fast. Recipe Here.
I already had the bladderwrack powder I had purchased on Amazon through Best Botanicals and so I could use that. Best Botanicals has 10 pages of herbs on Amazon and I also purchased my burdock and Sea Moss Powder There too.
I also purchased a detox tea that was really cheap. It is called Yogi Tea Detox - Buy Here. It contains many of the Dr. Sebi herbs such as dandelion, burdock, ruhbarb root, ginger and sarsaparilla.
Making the Powder
Now remember when making the powder to make equal amounts of each. So if you use 1/4 cup of nettles leaf, you must use 1/4 cup of nopal powder. Place the herbs in a bowl and add the herbs. If you are using capsules of Nopal then open the capsules and add also. Do not plan on taking the capsules alone.

So lightly mix with a stainless steel spoon or wooden spatula. Keep aluminum away from the herbs. After you have the mixture prepared, place them in a glass bowl with a tight fitting lid. Each day you need 3 capsules of herbs in the morning before your fast. You can make all your capsules at once if you prefer.

So total cost of my supplies are $60.51 compared to Dr. Sebi's Green Food which costs $50. But the difference here is Dr. Sebi's caps contain 1/2 cup of powder and I have 4 cups of powder and then 6 cups of extra herb powder for later use.
4 cups of powder equals 848 capsules.
