While the original recipe is not Dr. Sebi approved, I have created one similar that is approved, see below.
Black Seeds are so beneficial and have more than 100 nutrients and vitamins.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp seed milk
- 1/2 cup Brazil Nut Milk or you can use all one milk of choice
- 1 banana (frozen and chopped)
- 1/2 cup strawberries (frozen and chopped)
- 1 tbsp agave
- 1/2 tsp black cumin seed oil
- pinch of dried ginger
- 1 cup ice
Note: you could use black seeds if you prefer. 1/2 tsp of oil equals 1.5 teaspoons of ground black seed powder.
Directions
Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into a tall glass and Enjoy!
