3 Arugula Salads with Brazil Nuts

This arugula salad is so easy to make.  It just takes some organizing and some preparation.

You will need to chop the Brazil Nuts into small chunks, choose your salad extras from the Nutritional Guide and wash everything well.

Remember the Arugula leaves are dirty and need to be washed carefully.  I normally use a salad crisper to do this.   The salad  spinner/crisper is easy to use and will remove all the water and wetness in the leaves.  Just put your Arugula leaves  in the crisper that has been washed and follow the directions carefully.  The spinner will get you the freshest of salads.

There is nothing worse than a watered down dressing.  Buy the suggested spinner here
